A few of our best meeting facilities include the Cache County Event Center, The Riverwoods Conference Center, Eccles Conference Center at Utah State University and the George S. Eccles Ice Center.

The Cache County Event Center is a multi-purpose facility that provides 20,000 square feet in the main hall and can be divided into three smaller spaces to meet the needs of the user. Also available are three carpeted functions rooms (1,200 to 1,400 square feet) with separate entrances/exits for smaller meetings. Each room includes a flat screen TV with Wi-Fi capability and device connection. Adjacent to the north east function room there is a semi-enclosed 2,200 square foot patio area allowing the outdoors in. A full function commercial kitchen facility is available as well as the use of a 13’ x 17’ JumboTron centered in the main hall. Tables, chairs, electrical boxes as well as an expandable professional stage can be rented for a modest fee. All exits on the east side open out to the beautiful lawn and trees of the Cache County Fairgrounds, creating a unique and truly delightful experience.

The Riverwoods Conference Center is located along the Logan River in the south end of Logan, Utah. It is connected to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott.

The spacious 32,000 sq. ft. Conference Center at The Riverwoods offers large and small meeting rooms, grand ballrooms, and outdoor patio space by the river. They have the capability to accommodate up to two thousand people. Exclusive catering by The Elements Restaurant is sure to leave your guests with a smile on their face.

The Eccles Conference Center, on the beautiful Utah State University campus, has been hosting conferences, conventions, and exhibitions for many years. Event Services supports Utah State University’s mission by serving and facilitating learning, discovery, and engagement. The George S. Eccles Ice Center is the coolest place in town and not just for ice sports. It's the perfect place to host a major event like the Cache Valley's Home and Garden Show. A temporary sports floor quickly converts the Olympic size ice sheet into a usable floor space for conventions and exhibitions. Concessions, public restrooms (handicap accessibility throughout the facility) and friendly staff make the Eccles Ice Center a great place for your next event.

Transportation from the Salt Lake City International Airport is easy. Salt Lake Express has trips daily to and from Salt Lake City International Airport and/or downtown Salt Lake City. Pick up from Holiday Inn Express, Utah State University Fieldhouse, Cache Valley Transit District Center, Quality Inn, and Wellsville Park and Ride. Door to door service is also available.
